PULSEBETTrust and support

Privacy notice

Your research data stays scoped to your account.

PulseBet collects only what is needed to authenticate users, preserve research preferences, operate support, and keep the service secure.

Data we process

Account identity is handled by the configured identity provider. PulseBet may store your follows, alert settings, viewed-output history, preferences, support requests, and entitlement state. Public sports-market records come from the named external providers shown beside each source timestamp.

How it is used

We use account data to provide the saved workspace, enforce access controls, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and maintain an auditable record of generated outputs. PulseBet does not sell personal information and does not use account data to place wagers.

Storage and service providers

The service relies on hosting, database, authentication, and provider APIs disclosed through the product and deployment configuration. Those processors may handle technical request data under their own terms. Optional analytics or advertising cookies are not represented as active unless they are actually enabled.

Your choices

Signed-in users can change preferences and request account deletion from Account. Deletion is designed to remove owner-scoped product records; legal, fraud-prevention, or security records may be retained only when required. Use the public Support page if sign-in prevents access to the account controls.

Age and changes

PulseBet is for adults 18 and older. This notice may change as production integrations are added; the live page is the current notice and should be reviewed before each public release.
